Greenwood Village is built around large lots and houses that were custom when they went up — in the 1960s, 70s and 80s — and have been renovated since. The windows are often original wood, sometimes very large, sometimes rotted at the sill behind fresh paint. The scrape-and-rebuilds and newer homes in the Preserve and Cherry Creek Village have big clad-wood and multi-slide openings.

Yes. Clad-wood lines like Marvin Signature offer the same profiles, divided-lite patterns and interior species as the originals, with a finished aluminum exterior that doesn't need paint.
How big a window can you replace?
We regularly set picture and direct-set units over eight feet wide and multi-slide doors past twenty feet. Large glass is a four-person lift, and we bring four people.
The wood is rotted — insert or full-frame?
Full-frame. An insert leaves the rot in the wall. We remove to the rough opening, repair framing, install a sill pan and flashing, and set the new unit correctly.
