What we see in Castle Pines homes
Castle Pines is mostly custom and semi-custom: stucco, stone, deep overhangs, and a lot of glass pointed west at the Front Range. Much of the Village and the golf-course neighborhoods went up in the 1990s and 2000s with aluminum-clad wood windows that have now had two decades of high-altitude sun and freeze-thaw. Cloudy glass, failed seals and rot at the sills are what we get called about.
